How do you know if you have hemorrhoids?
As you all know, your body will go through a myriad of problems throughout your lifetime. Correctly diagnosing what the problem actually is will be key in curing your problem.
Hemorrhoids can be mistaken for a number of other problems. The reason is because hemorrhoid symptoms are very similar to other symptoms, like abscesses.
Three of the very basic hemorrhoid symptoms are:
Red blood found in your stool, toilet paper or in the toilet bowel. This is the most common symptom and should be look at carefully. If you have itching or soreness around the anus area. Inflammation or swelling in this area is extremely common. The third is to check with your fingers around your anus area. If you feel a lump this can be caused by a blood clot. The quicker you diagnose this the better because this can be extremely painful, especially lift untreated.
Untreated hemorrhoids bother the mucous membranes, they secrete mucous to try to lubricate the area. This mucous causes itching by drying up after it leaves the sphincter. Also as the size of the hemorrhoid increases it can cause itching as well. This condition can ruin a day at work, left untreated hemorrhoids can ruin weeks at work.
Catching hemorrhoids early can save you a lot of pain. At the first signs of hemorrhoids try to pay close attention as it will make it much easier for you to treat.
