If you’ve tried many types of hemorrhoid treatment solutions then you probably understand the differences of how each is used. In this article, I’ll go over what each of them do for the body, how they intend to treat hemorrhoids or piles, and the controversial, raw truth on most of them.

The first popular type is creams and ointments where a topical treatment is rubbed on your outer rectal area and aims to soothe blood vessels. This creates a relaxation of the tissue so that it does not bulge out so much. Once the tissue does not bulge, the hemorrhoid will be less likely to flare up. This is great for some relief in the temporal matter but unfortunately you are practically guaranteed to flare up again.

The 2nd type that is very popular as well in the form of suppositories which is inserted inside the rectum for the purposes of delivering moisture to the hemorrhoid and creating a lubricating effect once the next rectal pressure comes. The aim is to ensure the hemorrhoid heals without rupturing again. For some it works well, for others not so but it’s worth seeing.

The 3rd type is pills where one can consume that regulate some blood pressure in the system. This can have its side effects but overall it’s used to tighten vein tissue so that the hemorrhoid is less susceptible to problems. It’s a very top down approach that has its benefits but can also induce real side effects and big pharmacies like to push this.

These three types are the most common and once these are exhausted, you still have options such as cryotherapy or surgery. It all depends on the individual case and what you can tolerate. In my personal experience, it’s best to first try the safer options before going to the extreme measures. Even if the pain is unbearable, you can still use relief from these methods. It’s just not pleasant long-term either.

Now, not all hope is lost. I do have one solution that has surprised me pleasantly. I’d like to review a totally safe, natural remedy that works within a few days. It’s called the H Miracle system and you can find it at: Cure Hemorrhoids & Piles Naturally In 48 Hours Without Side-Effects

How do I choose a hemorrhoid treatment?

A hemorrhoid is the swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum. External hemorrhoids may cause painful swelling caused by a blood clot around the anus. Before seeking treatment for a hemorrhoid, be sure that it is not peri-anal hematoma, which can have similar symptoms, but different causes and treatments.

Treatments for hemorrhoids vary in cost, risk, and effectiveness. Generally hemorrhoids are mild and temporary, so a temporary relief is sufficient. Activities such as a warm sitz bath, using a bidet, extendable showerhead, or a cold compress can offer such temporary relief. There is also the use of topical creams, which can sooth the itching and burning of a hemorrhoid. Nearly every over the counter topical cream does work to relief the symptoms of a hemorrhoid. A topical cream will not, however, treat or cure a hemorrhoid. Topical creams include, but are not limited to, Preparation-H, Zemmed Ziro cream and Tucks cream.

That brings us to oral treatments for hemorrhoids. Oral tablets have varying degrees of effectiveness. As with any treatment, what works for one person may not work for another. The most common oral treatment is all natural, being comprised mainly of herbs. While herbs are natural, it is still important to consult your doctor before ingesting any form of oral treatment. Avatrol seems to be the most preferred form of oral treatment for hemorrhoids, as it can safely be used in combination with a topical cream. There is also NPR, Venapro, and many others.

I am going to tell you from experience that there is no easy way to deal with hemorrhoids.  But getting some kind of hemorrhoid treatment is the first step to getting on the road to recovery.  Do something right away and stop suffering.  I know, I suffered way too long when I didn’t have to!

How do we treat hemorrhoids?

Can you imagine having hemorrhoids for up to 12 months?  When they come and go, it’s good to know the best way to prevent the next outburst.

The first thing is making sure you are eating the right foods.  Ingesting plenty of fiber is important and the easiest way to help heal and avoid flareups.  Stay away from spicy food that would certainly agitate any sensitive and delicate areas and to help avoid uncomfortable and embarrassing itching.  Eating water enriched fruits and vegetables that ease through your digestive tracks will reduce straining.  Flush your system with as much water as possible.

Gaining strength through exercise will help cure a lot of aches and pains one may have, including hemorrhoids.  Streching and moving your body really helps. Sweating excretes your body of toxic substances.  Sitting for too long builds up tension, and relieving the pressure is as simple as taking a brisk walk.  Exercising will get your digestive track move smoothly.

Other natural methods which have been shown to work include aloe vera, red sage, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar.

Over the counter cream or getting a prescription from your doctor can help control the itching while the hemorrhoids are healing.

Taking an herbal bath has been known to relieve the itching also.  Just make sure the bath is not hot as it will increase blood flow and aggravate the situation.  An all natural stiz bath is another remedy that has been shown to work.

Hopefully, you have diagnosed your hemorrhoids before surgery is needed.  These remedies can not only help hemorrhoids go away, but they can also help them from ever coming back.  Don’t be afraid to make changes for the better.

How do you know if you have hemorrhoids?

As you all know, your body will go through a myriad of problems throughout your lifetime.  Correctly diagnosing what the problem actually is will be key in curing your problem.

Hemorrhoids can be mistaken for a number of other problems. The reason is because hemorrhoid symptoms are very similar to other symptoms, like abscesses.

Three of the very basic hemorrhoid symptoms are:

Red blood found in your stool, toilet paper or in the toilet bowel.  This is the most common symptom and should be look at carefully.  If you have itching or soreness around the anus area.  Inflammation or swelling in this area is extremely common.  The third is to check with your fingers around your anus area.  If you feel a lump this can be caused by a blood clot.  The quicker you diagnose this the better because this can be extremely painful, especially lift untreated.

Untreated hemorrhoids bother the mucous membranes, they secrete mucous to try to lubricate the area.  This mucous causes itching by drying up after it leaves the sphincter.  Also as the size of the hemorrhoid increases it can cause itching as well.  This condition can ruin a day at work, left untreated hemorrhoids can ruin weeks at work.

Catching hemorrhoids early can save you a lot of pain.  At the first signs of hemorrhoids try to pay close attention as it will make it much easier for you to treat.
