Pregnant women have enough going on without having to deal with hemorrhoids. Unfortunately, many pregnant women get hemorrhoids. This, of course, just adds another thing to worry about.
What happens is the women’s metabolism slows down after she becomes pregnant. This slower metabolism results in constipation, so when the pregnant woman has to go she ends up straining. This causes the hemorrhoids.
Putting an ice pack on the rectum tends to subdue the itching and pain right away.
The best cure is always to be preventative. Don’t sit too long as this will put undo pressure on your anus. I know it sounds funny but you don’t want to stand too long either as this will also put undo pressure on your anus.
Pregnant woman seem to respond to many of the same hemorrhoid treatments that work for people who are not pregnant. The first is drinking lots of water, at least eight glasses a day.
When my wife was pregnant I went to the pharmacist and asked what would be safe for her to take to soften her stool. The pharmacist recommended over the counter colaisse. My wife took them once a day and found them very effective.
Also, if you are pregnant, make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables, not only for the baby, but for your digestive system as well. Try to get moderate exercise as much as possible. Make sure to keep this within reason, what you want to do is get your digestion running..
Women who are pregnant have enough on their mind without having hemorrhoids, remember prevention is the key.

Surgery is not the only solution to overcome hemorrhoids. In fact, I consider surgery as the most painful process. There are much simple methods which are as effective as surgery for hemorrhoids. You may look at alternative therapies like Homoeopathy. It has some of the best medicines for hemorrhoids.
I have been suffering from hemorrhoids for quite some time. Initially, I thought of going for surgery. But, one of my colleagues who had a similar problem, suggested me to try homoeopathy. I consulted a homeopathic physician who gave medicine. I found quick relief and he wanted me to continue the medicine for one month. However, the pain resurfaced again after a month. This time, the homoeopathic physician advised me to take the medicine for a longer duration. I continued the medicine for over a year and I stopped using it now. The pain is gone and I’m normal now. However, I keep the medicine ready with me in the event of it surfacing it back.
The reason why I opted for alternative therapy like homoeopathy was that another colleague of my had undergone a surgery. He narrated how painful the surgery had been. But, the problem remained. Owing to the experience of my colleagues, I chose to consult a homoeopathic physician. The doctor gave tiny pills sprinkled with tincture to cure hemorrhoids and also some biochemic tablets. I am greatly relieved because, I am spared of the painful after effects of surgery. The alternative therapy was a simple and effective way of overcoming hemorrhoids.

Can you imagine having hemorrhoids for up to 12 months? When they come and go, it’s good to know the best way to prevent the next outburst.
The first thing is making sure you are eating the right foods. Ingesting plenty of fiber is important and the easiest way to help heal and avoid flareups. Stay away from spicy food that would certainly agitate any sensitive and delicate areas and to help avoid uncomfortable and embarrassing itching. Eating water enriched fruits and vegetables that ease through your digestive tracks will reduce straining. Flush your system with as much water as possible.
Gaining strength through exercise will help cure a lot of aches and pains one may have, including hemorrhoids. Streching and moving your body really helps. Sweating excretes your body of toxic substances. Sitting for too long builds up tension, and relieving the pressure is as simple as taking a brisk walk. Exercising will get your digestive track move smoothly.
Other natural methods which have been shown to work include aloe vera, red sage, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar.
Over the counter cream or getting a prescription from your doctor can help control the itching while the hemorrhoids are healing.
Taking an herbal bath has been known to relieve the itching also. Just make sure the bath is not hot as it will increase blood flow and aggravate the situation. An all natural stiz bath is another remedy that has been shown to work.
Hopefully, you have diagnosed your hemorrhoids before surgery is needed. These remedies can not only help hemorrhoids go away, but they can also help them from ever coming back. Don’t be afraid to make changes for the better.
